Excellent customer service, Paula was prompt, professional, and polite; she took the time to answer our questions. The clinic was clean, it was very easy to make our appointment, and our wait time was minimal. We would recommend the clinic to others and we would use the clinic again.

Unfortunately this experience was one of the absolute worst in years!!! Imagine making an appointment, showing up 15 or so minutes early, checking in and sitting to wait as directed. You are the only person there for 10 minutes, and in walks 3 women who are at the Kiosks checking in, out walks the practitioner and immediately takes them back???? Never acknowledged me, looked in my direction, nothing. It was so egregious the Mother told the practitioner that I was sitting there waiting, STILL THE PRACTITIONER DID NOT COME TO ... read more
