Waited 2 hours and didnt get seen by the provider
Needed a last-minute physical for a job and Lauren Griff was extremely accommodating and fit me into her busy schedule. The appointment was quick and easy. I would recommend this clinic to others!
I just had an appointment at this minute clinic. My appointment was 6pm, waited till 7pm and never got called in. The person/ Dr./ nurse or pharmacist is sooo slow, not considerate that there were 6 people waiting for her and yet she was taking her time to call people in. On top of that, I got an email that my appointment was canceled right after 7pm. I know the clinic closes at 7pm, so I waited for nothing. What a waste. Worst minute clinic you will ever go to. Waited an extra hour just for them to falsely claim they didn’t take my insurance and didn’t even try to check since they were 5 mins past lunch break. Ended up they did so I waited for them to get back, just for them to take an extra 30 mins on lunch break, and was told I had to wait an extra hour since I was now at the back of the waitlist. Waisted 3 hours of my time in the worst cvs ever with a 100° fever. So rude and unprofessional, confused on how they call themselves NP’s.
Went for a walk-in, was seen within 30 minutes, and Lauren did such a great job with the diagnosis, answered my questions, maintained cleanliness, and sent me on my way with scripts to fill. Fantastic service all around
