I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to CVS for a TB skin test. The LPN who assisted me was not friendly, approachable, or helpful. Her demeanor lacked compassion and empathy, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When I asked if she could print my employer’s TB testing form—since CVS does not provide a standardized form—I was told no and instructed to go to the front of the store to see if printing was available.
