I needed to get a COVID Test to travel and needed my results in 2 Days. I am on Day 3 and have not heard anything from them. I called to ask if they had my correct contact info as I had to leave and head North to wait for the results and they hung up on me and gave me the same recorded message that I had already. No way to confirm that everything is ok. They should send a confirmation that your test is being processed. It cost $139.
