I had been a loyal customer of Mint Wellness for years and never had an issue until now. After not visiting since December 2025, I was shocked to discover an unauthorized charge of nearly $200 on my card from this business. When I called to report it, the staff were immediately defensive and dismissive. The owner of this spa is blessed to have Manuel Torres. He kept me on the phone, got the owner on the phone and in a very nice non pushy way! Very impressed! Especially with Miami’s work force. I would hire this guy in a second! G-d bless!

It did not feel like a massage, more like somebody rubbing in cream all over my body. The lady kept lifting up the blanket and my chest was exposed. I felt the exact same after the appointment except I was oily. The facial was not even a facial, she just put on masks after masks.
My gorgeous amazing wonderful girlfriend was looking forward to her spa appointment for TWO WEEKS straight jus to be disappointed by their poor massaging skills and mediocre service. I am beyond livid and do not recommend such an establisment. Her back has been giving her problems lately and this would've been her relief, but no they was just in there playing on her body and with her time. I would leave zero stars if I could.
