I was cut off by their courtesy driver yesterday afternoon on north Broadway when he/she pulled into oncoming traffic. Called to speak to someone at the dealership, was transferred to voicemail and left a detailed message including my name and phone number. Still haven't heard back. Tagged them in a post and they deleted it. Bet this won't show up. Apparently they won't take any responsibility and have no concern for the safety of the general public.
None of their service reps know shit about the auto business!!! Go in for an oil N filter change, wait 2 hours and get told it hadn't been done yet because the rep forgot to tell the mechanics anything about it!
Must be selling tons of cars this morning... I was on the lot for 15 mins and not one person came outside. Went inside and walked around looking for information. Walked by 3 salespeople and not one asked to help be despite I'm sure I looked lost. Heard one sales person talking about Joe Biden memes yet couldn't help me find my way. I found no brochure on the vehicle i was interested in leasing... I just left
Had an appointment at 1:30pm to balance my tires and get an oil change. Come to find out we had a nail in a tire. We said fix the tire with the nail and change the oil because we cant wait all day. Needless to say after getting it here a half hour early and the guy telling us they could fix it and have nothing else going on...still here after 2 hours. Apparently it takes that long to fix a nail in the tire and change oil. Good grief!
