Helpful, friendly, and personable. I went to Minot Automotive with a friend to purchase a car, and they saw him through patiently. I returned to lease a car, and was helped by John Schatz; a professional, funny, and poignant employee. I appreciate all of the hard working people, from the first greeting from the main desk, to the help from finance, and the hands of the garage. Thank you so much!
Mac is ok, but cartiva is awesome they went beyond to help me take home a vehicle they stayed later then they needed to and were not judgemental on my appearance be grateful you have awesome people at cartiva
