Appointment at 10am to get 4 tires. Paid for a rental to do errands for a few hours while they had the car. Came back around 1pm and the car was not even touched yet. Now at 4pm after having to track down the person we needed to talk to states it's our for a test drive. We still have a 2 hour drive home. Will never come here again.
