Just had a great experience with Brad and josh in the service center. I had a few issues and let them know in my survey what they were. Brad called me right away got the wheels in motion to correct the problems. Josh stepped up and got everything I needed fixed. Great job guys.
I had a great time with Phil. It took a long time and a lot of trips between the used car lot and new cars to find what was right for me and what I could afford, and Phil was very patient with me.
Bought two vehicles from here in the last year. Getting top dollar for trade. Great sales people who go outta their way to ensure you have a great experience. Definitely recommend MAC for all your vehicle needs. You won't be disappointed.
Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend buying a vehicle there or using their service department
My wife and I picked up 2 new vehicles first one is a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 for my wife, and the second one is a 2015 Dodge Ram Outdoorsman for me. The service was outstanding and the people that work there are awesome. We are now doing all our business with them. Thank you Minot Automotive for everything.
