We arrived late into town on Friday and a very helpful fellow named Wynn did everything he had to do including working an hour past closing to get our deal done. Everyone was wonderful and at no time did I feel like I was in the wrong place like many dealers make you feel. Such a smooth transaction, no pressure, no surprises, and all my expectations were exceeded. I will be back in the future.

Just had the worst experience with Trace and Ryan in the service dept. apparently not being from here and being “flown in from somewhere” dictates how your treated as a customer there. We’ve used them several times in the past and not had any issues. A mix up over where our keys were left at time of drop off, was more than they are prepared to deal with
Service center was horrible. I brought a 2019 Dodge Challenger. I ordered a drone remote start, paint protective coat, floor mats, interior protection coat and the windshield coat. They did the windshield coat the night I bought it. I was told I could bring it in the next Saturday since I had to work tomorrow night. I called ahead and was told they don’t have a technician in on Saturdays. I had to wait another week for them to make a appointment to get me in for the remote start.
