The staff are all courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have never had an issue with their service...it's the only place I've taken my vehicles to in the last 15 years or so.
I had the best customer service with John Schatz! He took his time to help me get into a vehicle that fit my needs and price point! Major props to Seth and John in the finance department as well! Overall an excellent car buying experience!
The reason we decided to buy from Minot Automotive is the great service department we've used in the past! That got us "in the door" to buy a new car! Every person we dealt with were very professional but also had a great sense of humor. We like the fact of "no negotiating" - best price up front!
