There service center is absolutely horrible

Customer service is awesome, very friendly staff
I had a wonderful experience at Minot Chrysler Center. My salesman, Dan, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he found a vehicle that was perfect and beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to working with Minot Chrysler Center in the future.
Minot Automotive is hands down the best place you can go to buy a car. I worked directly with Becca Simonson and she was quick to answer my questions, very helpful with my search, and all around a great person. Jeff Froseth has always been a rockstar and made my husband and I feel like we were family friends while we discussed my lease trade in. John Schatz did my husbands trade in and he was amazing to work with. The staff in general is always friendly with us. My husband and I would like to especially shout out Jackie Schatz for working her magic to get everything to work for us -- she truly is a precious asset to this company! Thank you to Jackie, Jeff, and John for all your kindness and help with our new vehicles!
I dropped vehicle off around 1...was told it would be done within the hour. Two hours later it was not in. Was told it would be in next ... forty minutes later it finally went in.
