We had the easiest time working with Minot Automotive. In particular, we dealt with Phil from sales and John from finance. Phil was so easy to talk to and he went above and beyond to find the vehicle of our needs. He was patient and made the experience the most pleasant in all my years of purchasing vehicles. Salespeople who are knowledgeable about the vehicle and present a non -pressure sales approach. Giving a fair price for trade-ins and offering the best price possible for the car being purchased. Offering several financing options that fit my present budget needs. Timely financing and explanation of how the loan will be processed. Friendly one on one sales people who understand my needs and how I want to approach those needs.
