Very helpful and care about their customers
I loved their moccasins in 2018. The fur lining was so thick that they provided arch support, as well as warmth, as I walked around the house. Now they are cheap. What a disappointment. How sad that such a great product is gone.
THANK FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AND FOR BEING A GREAT COMPANY. I have owned and given as gifts many items from this company. My husband loves his moosehide slippers and was in need of a new pair. This on December 3rd I purchased him a new pair for Christmas, they were delivered on the 8th, but taken before I got home!!! I was devistated...I am retired and on a fixed income. This was really gonna hurt. I wrote the company an email and explained my delimma. To my surprise they refunded my account and I was able to order him another.... read more
Transaction made from their website hacked by a fraudster who sent me a false invoice and collected the amount via Paypal.... After contacting customer service, the company washed its hands of the matter and refused to acknowledge a possible security problem on its transactional site.... So... Be careful ! Too bad !I won't try another order on line
I buy a pair of their driving mocs every year to wear around the house...better than any slippers I've ever bought.
