THANK FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AND FOR BEING A GREAT COMPANY. I have owned and given as gifts many items from this company. My husband loves his moosehide slippers and was in need of a new pair. This on December 3rd I purchased him a new pair for Christmas, they were delivered on the 8th, but taken before I got home!!! I was devistated...I am retired and on a fixed income. Transaction made from their website hacked by a fraudster who sent me a false invoice and collected the amount via Paypal.... After contacting customer service, the company washed its hands of the matter and refused to acknowledge a possible security problem on its transactional site.... So... Be careful ! Too bad !I won't try another order on line

I buy a pair of their driving mocs every year to wear around the house...better than any slippers I've ever bought.

Fine product, but customer service is a nightmare. Would not provide a return label, has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Very easy to get in touch with them when I'm giving them money. The moccasins I never received (but Minnetonka is happy to keep my money for!) aren't worth the trouble
