I'd set my sights and has been wanting to dine here since forever but the difficulty of securing reservations. I’ve had to put it off until now. But it’s definitely worth the wait. It offer diners a taste of avant garde Spanish cuisine, a traditional that it still upholds today.
For my Birthday, it’s a real treat. Its very exclusivity adds to its allure. It’s a very avant-garde Spain. But it is more because of its understanding of people’s palate. I highly recommend it and will come back for more.
