Without question one of the best meals of my life. Not only was the food delicious and beautiful but there was an element of theatre to the experience. Highly recommend. Minibar is not dinner, it is an experience to be savored.
I'll always rely on Jose Andres imagination, to surprise me. It is not only crafted on detail cousine but the experience of tasting new and delicious flavors, besides; after crossing Chinatown chaotic streets whoever can manage to make you feel great and peaceful is a genious. It's more than a year since I visited Minibar, I feel I deserve another dose.
