I have used Mini Storage of Birmingham for 16 years and have always had a great experience. Charles, the manager is wonderful- friendly, helpful and always professional. Charles goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend this storage facility.
If you need an easy to access, no fluff, well maintained storage place this is it. Mr Charles that runs the joint is a no nonsense guy but will treat you like family. I've lived down the street for a few years and treat the place like I would a garage. Just pull in, grab what I need, roll out. Takes me 2 seconds every time I need to stop in
