We enjoyed prom dress shopping (at the outlet store). Our attendant was Taylor who was always incredibly helpful and smiling despite the fact that the day was extremely busy. We needed help with sizing, style and color. Taylor worked with us to find the perfect dress. We will certainly be back next year.

I said yes to the dress at Minerva's! I was pleased with the staff at Minerva's. They were very helpful to me in finding my perfect dress. I had visited other bridal salons before I went to Minerva's and was not impressed and was in a crappy mood but Minerva's staff made me feel at ease, not rushed and turned my attitude around! I came in very sassy because of a sour experience at another store shortly beforehand. The lady that helped me (wish I could remember her name!) was incredibly accommodating and patient with me. My fiancé and I were eloping so I needed something ASAP. She listened to my needs/preferences, I tried on maybe 4 dresses before finding "the one." Found the perfect dress here! I went to literally ever Bridal shop in Central Florida, and Minerva's had the best options and prices, the people were so friendly and helpful as well, beyond excited I finally found a dress!!! I 100% recommend!!!

I am so appreciative of Pilar and her staff for helping me when I made a special request for a dress. I fell in love with an Allure Couture dress online that I unfortunately couldn't locate a sample to try on at any store in North/Central Florida. They took the time to call the manufacturer and request a sample be sent along with the Allure collection for the trunk show. Oh My GOSH! I felt as if I was on TV!!! The service from Pilar was exactly what wedding dress shopping should be!!!! I had gone to another store in Orlando and was literally picking my dress and undoing it and no one was helping me at all. But then the angels sang when I walked into Minervas!!!!
