I had called Minerva's about 2 weeks ago looking for a particular wedding dress to try on and Camille gladly assisted me. She was able to order the dress I wanted (in my size and color) and we had scheduled an appointment for me the following Saturday to come into the store. The Thursday before my appointment, Camille called and informed me the sample dress I had ordered wouldn't get to the store in time and was extremely apologetic for the situation. Pilar helped me select the perfect dress for my wedding! She was so nice and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she delivered. I would recommend Minerva to any bride looking for a fabulous dress!
Lots of dresses to choose from and wonderful, patient, knowledgeable consultants even though the manager (Pilar) ignored us. Selection and service (Tee) was very good. Seating is a bit limited for parties greater than three especially during busy hours
Pilar, the Store Manager, is absolutely wonderful! She is so attentive, genuine, and helpful. She was also very patient with me, as I had never tried on wedding dresses before and wasn't sure what style I wanted. She was so knowledgeable and helpful... showing me different accessories or giving me ideas that would work with different dresses. Her happiness is contagious!!
