I worked with Camille at Minerva's for my appointment. I came with two friends to look at wedding dresses. I explained what I was looking for and Camille was amazingly helpful! She stayed within my budget, and would thoughtfully (and inconspicuously) step away so that I could talk to my friends about my choices and thoughts without any added pressure. I had an excellent experience at Minerva's Bridal. The salon has a good selection of gowns and accessories, and it's clean and organized. LaRai was my consultant and she was fabulous. She was really helpful in helping me choose dresses according to what I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about what was present in the store. I went to 3 different bridal salons to look for my wedding dress and I found the perfect dress at Minerva's! Emily worked with me and she was amazing! Once she knew the silhouette I loved, she pulled gowns with different necklines to really help me narrow down my choices! She was thoughtful and offered great suggestions! Minerva's has an amazing selection and everyone there was fantastic!

I responded to a Craiglist ad to work here. I worked there for a week. The only people who truly enjoy what they do is Camille and Pilar. To everyone else its only about numbers, and they are terrible at customer service. Even the owner. Seeing the way they treat people is horrible. If it wasn't for the host Tee's customer service, this place would burn. Oh and she changes the codes on her dresses. Had a gr8 experience shopping for my wedding dress... Pilar was awesome, she definitely knew her stuff and made it an amazing experience for my family and I. We all felt at home though it was miles away... It certainly was a good decision

This was the first place I stopped to try on wedding dresses and had the best experience! I came prepared with a small entourage of ladies and pictures of what I had in mind. Several dresses were pulled for me and we were allowed to pull ones we looked through as well. Maryanne was the best!
