I love love love the staff the selection of dresses, everything from the beginning when I walked in they greeted me, took amazing care of me, and overall, I said yes to the dress!!! The checkout was fast easy and I love this place!!! So stay tuned for my wedding photo!

I made an appointment at Minerva's Bridal while on vacation. This was the first time I tried on dresses and my experience and the staff was wonderful. I worked with Camille and she pulled a ton of dresses for me to try on. I showed her a lot of pictures and she pulled from those but i ended up falling for one of her selections. She added accessories to every dress and really gave me the royal treatment. I really loved the variety of styles there when I went shopping for my wedding dress. I instantly fell in love with my dress and knew it was the one for my husband. When we got married I saw many wet faces and surprise at the beautiful bride in the beautiful dress.

I went to Minerva's on my first day of wedding dress shopping. With my consultant, MarryAnne's, help, my first day of shopping was also my last! I was shopping on a whim and Minerva's was very accommodating with booking me an appointment on such short notice. I explained to MaryAnne some of the elements I wanted in my dress and my price range and she picked out a number of wonderful dresses. My sister found her wedding dress here. I wasn't able to go the first time but it was time for the fitting and I was able to make it. The staff was very nice and helpful. My sister left really happy and I even bought a beautiful hairpiece for one of my friends. I definitely recommend checking it out

Anywho, I had been recommended this shop by my lovely coordinator (Kyle from Blush) but had also read some bad reviews on this page that had freaked me out about my upcoming appointment. I almost settled on a dress at David's Bridal that I really did not love or get the warm fuzzies about because I was sure in my mind Minerva's was a bust. I tell you all this because I want you to know I was SO GLAD I decided to come to Minerva's once I was there.

Jim the owner is friendly and it was great meeting with the staff. Dresses are nicely organized and categorized for different needs! Jewelry is also conveniently sold at the store to compliment your dress! Get all you need here. No photography is allowed in the store... So I can't share any dress images.

Ladies, make an appointment! Make an appointment if you want good customer service at any and all bridal shops. This is big business and The Knot is not kidding when they suggest it. Just "stopping by" is a bad call because they will be busy with clients who have appointments. Even during the week. I worked with Camille and love her. Great lady who really makes you feel like family.
