I went to see Lisa because of problems I was having sleeping. She is gentle and caring while also being very effective. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and in a state where I would get the most out of the sessions. She taught me meditation, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to help me further. I can now practice these techniques on my own! I found the peace inside – I came to Mind Matters hoping that hypnosis would provide insights into why I was feeling depressed. Hypnosis for me is a way to instantly free my mind of all its worries and concerns while being in a safe comfortable place.
