Air Conditioner evaporator coil is in bathroom ceiling, obviously leaked before I moved in, and has leaked pretty much incessantly for 2 years. Snow/ice removal is non existent, elevator finally was fixed after a year of promises. Common Hallways smell horrible. Shoddy workmanship and sub par materials used in repairs and/or renovations. I've lived in a couple of crappy apartments that were crappy because they were cheap. This place is awful and expensive. Don't live here.

Im looking for Mr. Scott the regional manager. I was to be contacted today concering the out come of my apartment. Can someone please have him to call me back. Because the leasing office has not.

This is the most ineptly run apartment in St. Louis County. I can only imagine how poorly Mills Property Management is with their other facilities. I contacted maintenance on Tuesday to fix a small problem. They caused specific damage and will no fix the new damage claiming that it is acceptable. The incompetence of maintenance and the ineptitude of management never ceases to amaze me. The best answer you usually get is "we'll have someone look into it". Resident at Bonhomme Village apartments def made a bad decision! Noisy neighbors gnats flying all over my apt and I'm told to purchase a bug bomb to kill them! The buildings are all scraped up and trim needs painting looks like luxury until you pull in the complex! Def won't be renewing!!
