Mr. Mills significantly helped me out in a tough situation for a blower door test. I had to get this test done for an inspection, and he was able to come out within 24 hours to complete it and give me my results. Best of all he answers the phone. I recommend him to everyone.
So after finishing his job but failing to show up to meet the inspector in a new construction unoccupied house. He blamed me for not being there. That it's not his job to sit around and wait on the inspector all day. When he made the apointment for the inspection to come and inspect his work. So these are the insulting and threatening texts he sent me for the next hour. Then when he saw this post they continued.
I would not recommend Mills Bros services. I contacted them on behalf of my company for one of our customers. Not only were they quite unpleasant to speak with but they quoted us an absorbent amount for a mini-split deep cleaning. When they initially assessed the coils they were adamant that the build-up was a result of sawdust. When I questioned how that was possible since our company doesn't do sanding inside the homes, they insisted that it was sawdust and they had seen it before from people sanding with the units running... read more
