In the past year my husband has been to the ER three times and then admitted. All three times and one other after surgery the staff has been great. Caring, prompt and always ready to answer questions and concerns. Three of these four times were during Covid and the care continued to be very good. The nurses were always cheerful, helpful and concerned if there was an issue. I have read all the reviews and it makes me sad that some folks can be so ugly. Having had hospital experiences with facilities in the Chicago area, St. L... read more

carle employees does not treat everyone fairly and i am not happy at all with the way that i have been treated. no one took my temp when i first got here even though i could of had covid which would of been spread through the hospital by now. whenever i go out for a quick smoke they want to take my temp but that is no different from an employee deciding to eat their lunch outside and coming back but they are not checking the employees temps everytime they come back in. i was given a pink band when my son was admitted and tha... read more

I really like this facility, but you all need to figure out something to do with all the crazies getting a Covid test. I couldn't even get past them to park in the lot.

Starting from the day I got to know my doctor and nurse OBGYN ( Dr. Dana Morrison and nurse Shannon Holthaus ) they never cared or asked me about something that happened to me, I had to find them myself to ask about the dangerous problems that happened to me. They always keep me waiting and never get answers from them until I have to find them myself, until they see me they ask me what I need? they did not take a look at my medical history but asked me what I needed. The doctor did not consult me enthusiastically, she was ... read more

Dr. Dillard is the worst OBGYN in at Carle and I met several because my doctor ( Dr. Morrison) was never there for us. I had an epidural during my induction that did not work and was in so much pain for over 24 hours and wasn't diliated at all so I asked for a c section, Dr. Dillard made it seem like a 2nd epidural was the only option. As I told her, which she did not listen, the 2nd epidural did not work and ahe tried to convince me to do a 3rd. I was also stuck several times on the 2nd epidural as they couldn't find the sp... read more
