no companion for a high risk pregnant mother and father
Recommendedmy 2 year old grandson had to get stitches. the staff was amazing. my grandson did not cry 1 time. thank you for making this a non traumatizing experience

Carle has the best doctors but I am very upset at what happened today. I dropped my mother-in-law off at the ER knowing security could wheel her in a wheelchair to where she needed to go. I leave her to park my car. My mother-in-law told the lady at the first check point that she needed to use the bathroom. The lady at the checkpoint tells her they are outside. Got a bill 18 months after my daughter was seen in Convenient Care. I got a bill a month later and paid it. But suddenly a year and a half later (in the middle of a pandemic when their business is down) there’s a new bill for a completely different amount that they “forgot to send me”. I really like my kids’ pediatrician at Carle but apparently I’m going to have to make a switch. Their billing practices are disgusting.

Apparently the department that treats headaches doesn't treat patients with chronic severe headaches.
carle employees does not treat everyone fairly and i am not happy at all with the way that i have been treated. no one took my temp when i first got here even though i could of had covid which would of been spread through the hospital by now. whenever i go out for a quick smoke they want to take my temp but that is no different from an employee deciding to eat their lunch outside and coming back but they are not checking the employees temps everytime they come back in. i was given a pink band when my son was admitted and tha... read more
Starting from the day I got to know my doctor and nurse OBGYN ( Dr. Dana Morrison and nurse Shannon Holthaus ) they never cared or asked me about something that happened to me, I had to find them myself to ask about the dangerous problems that happened to me. They always keep me waiting and never get answers from them until I have to find them myself, until they see me they ask me what I need? they did not take a look at my medical history but asked me what I needed.
