Got a bill 18 months after my daughter was seen in Convenient Care. I got a bill a month later and paid it. But suddenly a year and a half later (in the middle of a pandemic when their business is down) there’s a new bill for a completely different amount that they “forgot to send me”. I really like my kids’ pediatrician at Carle but apparently I’m going to have to make a switch. Their billing practices are disgusting.

Robert in the independent pool therapy area is very rude and disrespectful to me.. and Pam,,Roberts supervisor defended him and made excuses for Robert...
