Dr. Dillard is the worst OBGYN in at Carle and I met several because my doctor ( Dr. Morrison) was never there for us. I had an epidural during my induction that did not work and was in so much pain for over 24 hours and wasn't diliated at all so I asked for a c section, Dr. Dillard made it seem like a 2nd epidural was the only option. As I told her, which she did not listen, the 2nd epidural did not work and ahe tried to convince me to do a 3rd. Convenient Care Plus is a joke. It says on the website they can handle broken bones. There were only 6 patients, 2 MDs, 1 tech, and 3 Nurses who couldn't handle a splint. Ridiculous. Never go there. On the flip side, the ER is amazing. The plus staff is incompetent and lazy.
RecommendedI just spent a week here due to a serious infection. All of the doctors and nurses were extremely top notch and very kind. My experience was about as good as one can have being at a hospital for a week.

My husband was transfered from OSF for surgery. While waiting for his surgery, I went to the ER Dept for severe pain. I also had surgery that day for a Kidney stone. The nurses were wonderful, they put my husband & I together in the same room. We loved the food, my husband was at OSF for 4 days waiting for a surgery they were not capable of doing & their food was so bad I had to go out and buy somethinf for every meal.
Absolutely an amazing experience. I spent four days in the hospital and all the staff including the doctors and nurses were kind and amazing. From the advanced MRI team to the x-ray team all were amazing kind and went above and beyond my expectations. Oh night maintenance team is awesome I had an amazing time chatting with them while they were fixing my air conditioning.. ❤️
