The rudest, most unprofessional management staff I've ever had to work with. They take weeks to address repairs and maintenance issues and speak rudely to tenants on the phone.
It’s literally impossible to get someone to give me a tour of one of their units (they only offer self-guided). I tried to pick up keys to self tour at 4:05, & they didn’t let me bc I got there five minutes late. (Even when I called ahead, & the office doesn’t close til 5pm.) They also didn’t mention that there’s a cash fee to borrow the key, and they didn’t take card, nor did they let me leave something else in exchange for the key. Customer service is not a strength here 🙄🤷🏻♀️
This company deserves better than a 2.1 star rating at the time of writing (Feb 2024). They've consistently been responsive to my requests. Recently, our building's water heater broke on a Saturday night. They sent someone to look at it on the following day (Sunday) and had a new one installed by Tuesday afternoon. That's a pretty reasonable turnaround time to me.
