Miller &desatnick is the worst by far apt. Rental company inthe country. Do not do business with this company unless later after you sign that contract you realized you made a big mistake. They think they can do anything they want above the law maybe they got the backing of the city of los angeles to be able to get away with such a lousy treatment of tenants or future tenants.
