Will never buy from this dealership again...... living up to the sleezy car salesmen stereo type. Take your trade and sales manager sells it to his family within hour! Couldn’t get forgotten personal belongings back after 1 hour because sleezy salesmen sell before you off the lot to his family..... never never again! First time left feeling taken advantage of when buying a truck 😡

I purchased a $37k dollar truck from this dealership in May, and in typical car dealer fashion they are great to work with until you walk out the door. As is usually the case, the dealership has terrible financing options, so you refinance through another organization a few months later. I called to cancel my GAP insurance as I had refinanced with another institution and this is when the problems began. My wife purchased a Car from Miller in early May 2020. We were given the impression that the lender wanted Gap Insurance coverage which Miller happily sold. A month and a half later, the insurance company wrote to tell us that the car didn't qualify under MN law for that coverage and we were due a refund of the premium. Saw a price online and called if the truck was their and they said yes. Drove over an hour to get their. They had the truck at one prize and after the test drive they change the price. After telling the sales man about the prize he said they had made a mistake on the prize and added $2000 more. After talking about the prize thw sales man said if we were going to buy it or to leave with a bad attitude. Will never go their.
My husband needed a new car and didn't think his private credit union would beat Miller's rates!! He was so happy they could do better and save him money! What typically can be a stressful buying experience, Miller makes it a fun and exciting one!! He drove out of tbe lot with a smile on his face and a new confidence behind the wheel!
