What a terrible experience with the Freehold location. I set up an appointment over the phone, the scheduler was very nice, took all my insurance info, confirmed with me that all I would have to pay for was my $15 co-pay (which I paid online), and got me all set up. I showed up the the doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn’t let it bother me, knowing I just wouldn’t go back. I have been a patient for many years...very disappointed that my recent appt was canceled without notice. I even took off (yes, I'm an essential worker since day 1) and when I called to make sure the office was open, they said my appt was canceled! At least have the decency to call me and reschedule...couldn't even schedule the same day since it was booked. Furthermore, when I asked to talk to an office manager, they wouldn't even get on the line to speak with me...not how you treat your longtime patients.
I had a concern/problem with the way a recent eye examination appointment was billed to my insurance and, unfortunately, no one in the billing department was able to help me. I asked to speak with the practice administrator, Deborah Kell in hopes of resolving this issue, She had someone is the billing department call me back to let me know she refused to speak to me. Exam was rushed and as a result the wrong glasses were made for me.
Efficient staff! Had a procedure done...in and out! 👍🏻
they are really bad in diagnosing the correct lenses
