Try the Tri-Star Strawberry Sorbet - Celery root, Ritz crunch, white chocolate ganache. This was awesomely refreshing, except that the celery in there was a little strange.
Try the Rice - Good rice, perfect complement for the last two dishes
Try the Shanghai Noodles - Chanterelles, hearts of palm, trout roe. Awesome cold noodle dish with some nice salty flavor from the roe

if you like the crack pie, ask the server about heroin pie. (it's hidden from the menu)
sample the cereal milk soft-serve, but get the birthday cake truffles. they are everything that birthday cake should be in one bite
