Dr Birmingham is patient and very understanding and friendly.He is also very knowledgeable and focused on my concerns.
He has consistently been clear about what to expect, how to prepare, and what to do for the best outcome. His surgical skills are excellent and I have had great results. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of hip surgery.
He listen to all my concerns and he explain everything I needed to know about my knee replacement. Dr. Birmingham explain for having to have a full replacement versus partial replacement. He always asked what questions I have, even before the surgery asked what questions I have for him. He really cares for his patient and I glad he was recommended to me by Dr. O. I had a very positive experience.
I appreciated his assistant’s friendly greeting, reviewing my reason for visit. Without delay, I was taken for X-rays by someone who was kind & helpful. Dr. Birmingham was able to review my X-rays before coming in to see me. As always, Dr. Birmingham listened, explained & offered me treatment options. His assessment is thorough & his explanations are easy for me to understand.
Dr Birmingham looked at history, asked appropriate questions and gave us alternatives when my mom had an area that was not safe to inject. He explained options and was very good at explaining every step of the procedure to us.

Our son was injured in football and was originally misdiagnosed by a Sports Medicine doctor. We researched A LOT of Pediatric Surgeons and Orthopedic Surgeons and found that it's difficult to find a surgeon who will do hip replacements on a 14 yr old. We were blessed to find Dr. Birmingham.
