David Wilson was absolutely amazing!! He kept asking me "what can I do to get you to leave with this car?" It was truly about ME! After negotiating a bit he had a deal! He took time to look up information for me, ease some concerns over the car I was looking at, and work his butt off to get me the deal I needed! I would most definitely buy from them again! Excellent salesmen, even better business people, and truly great company!
As far as I'm concerned, the only place to buy a car from for the rest of my car shopping days. Amazing courtesy, honesty and service. I would definitely buy a car from Crown Toyota and Laura Augustine again--it was a much easier experience than I was expecting for my first time around, and I felt very comfortable there. She put up with my multitude of questions and went the extra mile to make the purchase of my car happen!
Kent Lee at Crown was very helpful in finding the car for me and getting the price and payments I wanted.
