Shouldnt have went through with my purchase through them. They seem interested to talk to you until it comes time for them to do what they say they will do or what they say they have already done. Still awaiting a call back on some problems i contacted them about. Its been a week now. Sales person was great but everyone else i seemed to talk to has been unpleasant including the man in service who insulted me and my profession. The car didnt even have gas in it when i picked it up. If you're in the market for a new/used car, I highly recommend starting with Crown Automotive in Lawrence. They were not pushy, were fair in price negotiations and they even brought the new car to me (on Fort Riley!) so they could drive our trade in back to the dealer, so I wouldn't have to recruit help. Justin Hulshof and the management team at Crown Volkswagen are phenomenal and I would go back in a heartbeat!
I had a very good experience purchasing a car with Kaleb's help in Crown Automotive. Kaleb is very friendly and knowledge, and when you have questions, he is always ready to answer them. I definitely recommend him when you want to buy a car in Crown.
Kaleb McLain is just the best!! Not the average "car salesman". He asked questions and actually listened to my responses. He also answered a ton of my questions...patiently!! Kaleb went over and above to make sure I got the perfect car!! Stephanie Turner in the Finance Dept works miracles! What a team!! Best experience I've ever had in buying a car!!! Kaleb McLain is the best part about this dealership. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and made my buying experience actually FUN. This was my first time purchasing a car from a proper dealer, and I was nervous. He walked me through the whole process. As others have said though, the higher ups weren't as nice to us, but Kaleb more than made up for what the other guys lacked.
Thank you Zac Swearingen and Tristan Bland! The new Camry is amazing! Your customer service was even better. This is my second vehicle with Crown and it will continue to be my choice for new and used cars. Side note: Thanks, Tristan, for sitting and pretending to enjoy Night Ranger's Sister Christian while demonstrating the Camry's sound system. That wasn't awkward at all, right?
