**** Edited: The GM reaches out to us and attempted to make the situation right. I was very pleased with how polite and willing they were to resolve the problem. We waited for a call back on a deal we were making to buy a car, and never heard back. We will be taking our business to another dealer. The sales man we were working with was awesome, but the way everything was handled was ridiculous. Especially the “funny” jokes the sales manager was trying to tell to get us to settle on a price he was comfortable with.
My boyfriend and I purchased a VW GTI Sport DSG from Crown and had an amazing experience. We went to several dealerships in the KC area and Crown gave us the best deal by far. Also, Pete James was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even came in on his day off to finalize the sale! It was our first time buying a brand new car, and the entire staff was patient with us and answered our many questions. I highly recommend Crown if you are looking for your next car!

After having an issue with another dealership, we went to Crown's. David Wilson was amazing and helped our family find a great vehicle! I was amazed at their customer service and how easy they were to work with. Our family will continue to purchase vehicles from here in the future as well as recommend friends and family! We were extremely pleased!
My husband and I walked into Crown July 26, 2017 and meet salesman, Chris Schmidt. Chris did an outstanding job offering information to us about the RAV4. He had the keys to drive one in no time. We received what we wanted for are trade in. The whole experience was very professional and friendly. The team at Crown worked efficiently and we drove home that evening with a new car.
Kegan went above and beyond my expectations. I am a first time car buyer with limited work history but they made it happen with a fantastic interest rate.
