So tonight at work my car battery needed a jump which I wasn't expecting but then drove it to Crown VW and pulled into the service shop, Josh Purvis got to it right away and Andrew Braden came out to make sure all was ok. Justin Hulshof has been our sale representative for over 8 years and has always taken good care of my wife and I. Leasing has always been easy and the service department as always provided excellent service.
They could get their appointments though a lot faster. when someone has an appointment they have listed what they want the parts should already be there instead of waiting over an hour for them to start work on the car. then not trying to pressure people into buying more services for car.
I’m on my fourth VW from Crown and the service is outstanding. I’ve leased my last two VWs with Pete James and I can’t recommend him enough. Crown is low pressure and will work with you to get the deal done. Excellent service, excellent team (shout-out also to Dallas and Jamie) and I’ll be back for number five!
Be honest and admit when they screwed up.
