I was 800 miles away from home when suddenly my 02 Jetta blew up on the i70 turnpike. I was devastated. Got a tow truck, he asked me where to go and I told him the closest Vw dealership. He dropped me off at crown. My engine was seized and done for, so I decided I'd just get another Jetta Tdi because my last one had been such an awesome car. My husband and I were thrilled with the courteous and attentive response we received from Tanner and Sean as we shopped for a used vehicle. Crown offered us an amazing deal, beating the offers presented to us at Honda and Toyota dealerships in the KC metro area. There were no games played and the offer presented to us was incredibly fair. They've turned this Honda-lover into a Toyota believer!

I've purchased two cars now from Crown (a Toyota and a Volkswagen now) and each time I've been treated better than I have anywhere else by a long shot. Crown goes above and beyond to make a deal happen, and treat me like a VIP whether I buy a car or not. The staff (specifically Justin, Jacob, and Dave) at this dealership make it a great place to go. I couldn't be happier with Crown.
