If I must say so myself Ms Christina office manager hat been a GOD sent Angel . Just for those few months that she was here she had made a HELL of a Difference at Milburnie Rd Apts. I really do hate that she has to leave So soon bcuz we as a community needed hey Around!! Thank you for doing what God sent you to do here At Milburnie Rd Apts.. And that was to be a GREAT BLESSING TO US ALL!! 🫂🫶MUCH LUV OVA HERE!! you Will be Truly MISSED 🥲
I have submitted an online application as well as have been trying to contact the office it seems the office is always closed and I have yet to hear a call back from the office I’m not sure how people are able to even rent these apartments when no staff members can find time to communicate with people it’s a shame because I currently live in Charlotte and was eager to move to these apartments because I heard so many good things about these apartments as far as the community but I guess the staff communication is the issue
Great place to stay nice and quiet also friendly they have amazing leasing assistance ASK FOR rene’e !!
Jaffa is the best property manager since Rosie and Joel. There were many scary grey areas where we had awful to no management in the 5 years my family occupied our unit. They’ve changed names and property managers a few times. Since Jaffa showed up, she has made sure of my repairs and also made my transition to new homeowner very smooth. 💕💕
