Sales representative did contact me and explained that the particular vehicle I was interested in had sold earlier that day. Offered to look at their inventory for simular vehicles but I declined ( was pretty set on particular vehicle).

they originally had this vehicle priced at 15,999. I told them we would be willing to pay. $14000 they didn't even care to talk to me. Then they changed the price, then my husband called, asked what work had been, of course nothing. The Timing belt needed to be replaced which cost over $1000.00. They said they would do the work if we paid the full amount of $16987. But they had just raised the price. $1000.00. They are not worth the time, and they are just trying to hustle people.
Response was the right level of professionalism for my needs. Sorry the car was not the right transmission, but the ‘vibe’ of the salesperson was good.

Horrible Experience! I communicated with Andrew at least 7 Times over a Short Period of Days. I set an Appointment for 4:00 on Saturday to Purchase a 2018 Chevy Duramax. I told Andrew I was going to Purchase the Truck. I had already gotten Insurance on the Vehicle, had Financing Arranged, and $30,000.00 in my Pocket for the Down Payment. At 1:30 Saturday, Andrew called me someone had just came in and Purchased the Truck. Seriously!!!
