Great customer service.
The vehicles that were advertised never arrived for more than ten days. I gave up on mike Ward infiniti. Antonio was amazing. He followed up with me even while on vacation but could not produce the vehicles that they were advertising.
Jeffrey Myers provided us with exemplary customer service. He was very responsive to all questions. I highly recommend Jeffrey at Mike Ward Infiniti.

We bought the car. Have not received any contact since we bought the car to make sure everything is ok. It was all business and not very personal but we liked the car. A bit of pressure from the finance dept. we don’t like that. We will let you know if we need more than we signed up for.

Sales guy Ishmele contacted me the following day by phone and gave me some information on the truck. He went out of his way to get me a video of the truck the same day, which was very thorough, because I live a few hours away. We started to put the deal together by phone because of the Corona virus. I went up the following day to look at the truck which was very clean and in excellent condition as described. I test drove the truck, finished the paperwork and took it home the same day.
