My family bought a truck and the transmission had to be replaced then as we picked it up they clearly didn’t even bother to wipe down the truck and there’s an oil fingerprint above the drivers door and they literally handed us the keys told it’s over there as the guy pointed. Instead of walking us to find it or they could have pulled it up knowing we were coming. Absolutely disappointed in the service and unfortunately we have had two friends purchase after we did but now we will not be recommending them to anyone again! Wha... read more

Antonio our salesman was awesome and we asked for a few extra things to be done to the truck were purchasing and there was no issue they approved it !! The whole process was really relatively easy !!! We walked away happy customer!!! No stress !!!
My husband took his truck in for a radiator repair recently. The service department fixed the issue but when he got the truck back, he noticed that somehow the bed rails were damaged underneath his ladder rack. He called the service department to let them know that they had somehow damaged it. The service team denied it over the phone saying they would never do such a thing and that each bay has an automatic shut off valve as you raise the vehicle up.
