This is a Detailed Review: I bought t the Nissan Murano in 2019 from the Alpine Buick GMC Colorado Springs. 1st: They messed up at the start by advertising the wrong details about the car. I got there with an interest in RAV4 AWD and the salesperson said it is all AWD. At the time of signing the bill of sale, I found out it was FWD. RecommendedI first found out about the truck I wanted on Alpine Buick GMC South’s social media site. Even though we have a GMC dealer in my hometown, I drove an hour because of this dealers truck selection. my name is Jason Taylor,Taylor Built Painting and Remodeling, I have a 71 year old project manager that works for my company that bought a truck 30 days ago from Alpine Motors South in Colorado Springs.that has broke down five times they had to replace the transmission within two days of him owning it. and now will not honor any warranties trying to get him out of more money and are taking advantage of a Vietnam vet and an elder person. absolutely disgraceful! I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this place

Because they were courteous, and their break room in the service department was clean
I did not need to purchase a vehicle! But because Jose and Yolanda were respectful, polite and went above and beyond my hubby let finally purchase a vehicle I just love! Alpine’s pricing was great on the vehicle. They took care of my small concerns within a short period of time. My husband asked if I would ever consider buying again from Alpine. I was very excited to come in and get a bigger car for our growing family. I spoke through messages with Alex and explained our exact situation with poor credit and no down payment nor co-signer and she told me that they guarantee approval. They had a salesman Doug to come pick us up from our house and bring us to the dealership as our other car was inoperable at the time.
