Electric fan assembly died while pulling my toyhauler thru Colorado Springs this afternoon at about noon while climbing up highway 24. Called AAA and then looked for a local GMC Dealer...Alpine was within a few miles so called the Service dept asking if the could fix my 2016 GMC 2500 HD diesal and park my 26ft RV while they had a look at the truck. they said "YES". they had the needed fan assembly and had me back on the road by 5pm. From a status call Monday morning to Linsey to a Tuesday morning call from Anthony follow-up and my arrival Wednesday morning, the service was exceptional!!! I arrived about 0815 and was out the door by 0910 with an excellent demonstration of fixed issued by technician who replaced two wiring harnesses, one on each rear taillight! Every individual encountered or spoke with from the Service department absolutely earned my respect and appreciation and I am 100% pleased and would highly recommend them
