I had stackable washer dryer combo mike"s was great 2 techs came out fixed my washer that day came out the next day with a part fixed my dryer they where great.... I called other companys before them and they all told me I would have to pay extra for 2 techs but mikes did not charge for both guys.. They new there stuff... they also gave me education on how to use my machines I did not pay alot for the repair I think they are a fair honest company and I will use them for all my appliances... If I could, I would not even give this company 1 star. I was continually lied to by the office employees and was treated even worse by management. Even though I was first to be serviced, I ended up being the last. From what I had been quoted I feel I was overcharged by $100.00. When speaking with the people in the office there was no concern about how the service had been handled. Actually management was worse than the office personnel. He just finished so I pray that it works. The only reason I even called this company was ... read more
