We signed a contract for our church and then never heard back from them.
Made several attempts to call/text Maher roofing, no response.
Mike's crew were on time, worked hard, worked fast and cleaned up well. All in all, a great contractor experience. The new roof on our house looks great and the project was done on time and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Maher Roofing.
Had Maher roofing do our house shed roof replacement using a white vinyl roofing material. It wasn't three years later that it was leaking so bad that it damaged the drywall on the inside of the house. We had to have major repairs done to fix the bad initial installation that included a full interior ceiling tear out, complete insulation replacement, nearly half of the plywood had to be replaced, and finally a new full Vinyl roof replacement.
