I have had the ABSOLUTE WORST professional dealings with the Mike Castrucci Ford Service department. Buyer BEWARE! They will be nice and sell you a car, and when something goes wrong you are pretty much out of luck. This dealership has treated me horribly and I actually believe part of it is because I am a woman. I worked with Jim Turner to get the options and color vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with. This is my third car deal with Castrucci Ford and I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Jim Turner was great to work with, kind, polite, easy going, and no pressure. I love my red Ford EcoSport and have always been happy with Mike Castrucci Ford, sales and service.
