Made me sit around waiting to test drive a car. Car died during the test drive. I was supposed to receive a return phone call about the same car after they fixed it then they sold it out from under me. Update: 10/20/2020 I was contacted by a representative from Mike Castrucci Ford about this matter. Representative stated he was apologetic regarding my experience. RecommendedThey have a great service department. Everyone is friendly. We have brought several vehicles from Mike Castrucci Ford. Even though we didn’t get this truck from there we still only let this service department take care of our Ford vehicles there. Overall Mike Castrucci Ford is the best dealership we have gotten our Fords from.
