Had a recall on my car that needed to be fixed. They called me to set up appointment. My problem was finding a time to take it in, so they came and picked it up, then delivered back to me. They also gave me a coupon for a free oil change for my trouble. Seriously, how could they have made it any easier?
Had appointment to get my Exployer serviced ,pulled up in front of service center ,door automatically opened ,drove in ,service technician came over pointed me to the lounge called me on my cell phone short time later said you’re finished ,stopped by Cashier paid and I’m on my way home,that’s the way to run a service department.

Jimmy Davis was great. When we arrived he came up to us asking if we called or talked to anyone? He didn't want to step on anyone's toes.. So he asked us what we was looking for or at and we told him. He didn't take no time on getting us the keys to take a test drive. Jimmy Davis was very polite, great guy. We came back from our test drive and he let me and my husband talk. He was not pushy. He tired to get to our price range and we give him a 10.
